Double oven casserole

Double oven casserole is two dishes in one: baked Camembert with garlic and rosemary and baked cherry tomatoes with goat cheese. This could be two different recipes or an easy to make dinner for two. Instead of making the same dish for two people, make two different dishes, and share.

The first casserole is with Camembert, garlic, and rosemary. It is a match made in heaven. Remove the Camembert from the paper wrap, discard the paper, and place the cheese inside its wooden box. In the oven, Camembert will melt, and the box helps him to keep its shape. Add two knobs of garlic sliced in half. Drizzle olive oil on both Camembert and garlic and garnish with rosemary. Fresh rosemary it’s preferred, but you could also use dry if you don’t have any.

For the second casserole, you need canned cherry tomatoes and goat cheese. Add the tomatoes in the oven dish, then the cheese and drizzle olive oil, pepper, and oregano on them.

All these need time to bake, so set a small to medium temperature in the oven and just wait. The baked garlic is divine, simply spread on the bread. But in combination with baked Camembert, it is perfection!
